1. General support and product feedback
Use the feedback form for playback problems, broken pages, account support, catalog requests, and product suggestions. Include the affected URL and enough detail to reproduce a technical issue.
2. Privacy and account data
Email admin@henvids.com for privacy-rights or account-data questions. Never send a password. HenVids support does not need your current password to review an account request.
3. Corrections and removals
Use the correction route for metadata errors. Copyright, consent, illegal-content, or privacy removal requests should follow the content-removal instructions so the operator receives the facts required to review them.
4. Community
The public Discord invitation is a community and informal support channel. Do not post private account information or legal notices in a public channel.
