How to report copyright, consent, safety, privacy, and catalog-identity concerns to HenVids.
1. What to report
- Copyright or other ownership claims.
- Content that may be unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative, or incorrectly represented as involving adults.
- Private information, impersonation, or a catalog page that identifies the wrong work or rights holder.
2. Information to include
- Your name and a reliable way to contact you.
- The exact HenVids URL or URLs involved.
- A clear description of the right, safety issue, or factual error and your relationship to it.
- For copyright notices, identification of the protected work, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement, and a physical or electronic signature.
3. Where to send a notice
Send notices to admin@henvids.com with “Content removal” in the subject. Do not send passwords, government identity documents, or unrelated sensitive data. A signed formal notice should contain only the information legally necessary for the request.
4. Review and action
HenVids may temporarily restrict a page while a credible safety or legal report is reviewed. The operator may request missing information, preserve records required for the review, remove or correct an entry, or reject an unsupported request. No fixed outcome or response time is promised.
5. Counter-notices and legal advice
A person considering a counter-notice should obtain qualified legal advice for the relevant jurisdiction. This process description is operational information, not legal advice and not a waiver of any legal requirement.
