How to report factual, metadata, glossary, link, and structured-data errors on HenVids.
1. Corrections we can review
- Wrong title, episode order, studio, tag, date, runtime, alternative name, or description.
- A glossary definition that is unclear, unsupported, or conflates distinct terms.
- A broken internal link, image, player asset, canonical URL, or structured-data field.
2. Submit useful evidence
Provide the exact affected URL, the current statement, the proposed correction, and a source that directly supports it. Primary publisher or studio material is preferred for catalog facts. Explain any translation or naming ambiguity.
3. How changes are handled
Reports are checked against the underlying record and dependent pages. Accepted corrections may update catalog metadata, visible copy, structured data, internal links, and sitemap information. Search-engine recrawling happens on each engine’s schedule.
4. Legal and ownership disputes
The correction process is not the route for takedown demands or ownership disputes. Use the content-removal instructions for those requests.
