Kotomi’s peaceful daily life is temporarily disrupted when her younger cousin, Ren, comes to stay at her family's house for a week. At first glance, Ren seems like a quiet, innocent boy with the cute looks of a junior idol, and Kotomi assumes looking after him will be a breeze. However, when a lack of space forces them to share her room—and a scary movie prompts Kotomi to let him sleep in her bed for comfort—Ren completely drops his innocent facade. Revealing a bold, assertive, and surprisingly manipulative side, the young boy immediately takes advantage of the close quarters. Despite Kotomi's initial protests and fear of her parents catching them, she quickly finds herself overwhelmed by his relentless advances. When Ren slyly threatens to make a move on her mother if she kicks him out, Kotomi uses it as an excuse to surrender completely. As the week progresses through a series of risky and intense encounters, the tough-acting older cousin’s willpower entirely crumbles, leaving her completely addicted to the troublesome younger boy by the time he is supposed to go home.
