In the dead of night, Mizuki and Shūichi become entwined in the hospital room. Unfortunately, their intimate encounter is witnessed by Mie and Rika. Rika, who struggles with this unforeseen situation, watches as Mizuki remains unchanged, proceeding with her rounds as usual. Rika follows her, trying to make sense of the situation. Under the pretense of handling money, Mizuki showers her patient with intense, devoted care. As she tenderly nurses him, her hips sway vigorously, and a heavenly smile spreads across her face.
